CM Solar Pump Scheme and PM Kusum Scheme
Under the CM Solar Pump Scheme and PM Kusum Yojana, solar energy powered solar pumps are provided to the farmers for irrigation. Under this Scheme , all those farmers include who have not taken permanent electricity connections or have agreed to cut permanent electricity connections after solar pumps are installed. The plan has solar pumps from 1 HP to 7.5 HP. The government receives subsidy from 83% to 65% at various pumps and about 50% for Cowsheds (Gaushalas). Farmer contribution is as follows – 1 HPDC – Rs 19000, 2 HPDC Surface – Rs 23000, 2 HPDC Submersible Rs 25000, 3 HPDC Submersible Rs 36000, 5 HPDC Submersible Rs 72000, 7.5 HPDC Submersible Rs 1,35,000, 7.5 HPAC Submersible Rs 1,35,000.

How To Apply
The applicant can apply online through https://www.cmsolarpump.mp.gov.in/. At the time of applying, the applicant has to submit the registration amount of Rs 5000 online. For more information can contact in the District Office of Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd.
