Brief description of the department :-   

The District Planning and Statistics Office is operating at the district level, which does not have branch at Tehsil and Block level. Commissioner, Department of Economic and Statistical Department, Department of Economic and Statistics, is the head of the department, all the departments of this department have the right of appointment to the head of the department. At the district level, the post of District Planning Officer, First Class, District Statistical Officer Second Class, Assistant Statistical Officer and Block Level Investigator III Division Executive is approved.

These departments are edited by MP MPlands, MLA fund, birth-death, marriage registration, planning count, national survey survey NSS, industrial survey IIP, ASI, statistical compilation, district planning committee, district Antyodaya Samiti, economic calculations etc.
